The lead pastor of Victory Midtown in Atlanta, GA, Andrew Momon has focused on servant leadership throughout his career. In 2012, he helped found Momon Leadership, Inc., a global business created to help companies and organizations of all kinds find and retain strong leaders prepared to serve. Through this company, and his work as a certified speaker, coach, and trainer with the John Maxwell Team, Andrew Momon provides individualized programs for leadership development in person and online.

Previously, Mr. Momon held positions with other companies in Atlanta, GA, such as menterventionist with the Urban Specialists and chief leadership officer at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church. When he first joined New Birth, he spent eight years as the athletic director, managing the church's athletic and recreational programs.

Mr. Momon holds a bachelor's degree in facilities planning and management from Johnson C. Smith University. While completing his education there, he played football and tennis, becoming a four-year conference champion in the latter. In his leisure time, he keeps active by working out and enjoys hobbies, such as watching movies and traveling.
